Thank you for purchasing bags from Wai Lung WONG. Our team prepares protective packaging for every bag to guarantee accurate delivery while preserving item quality, and we aim to complete all shipments within a practical delivery schedule.
Order Processing Time. After receiving your order confirmation, all purchases will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing lead times may lengthen when order volumes surge during busy shopping seasons. Customers will receive prompt notifications in the event of any major delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery period of 15 business days. These delivery timelines serve only as estimates and may fluctuate due to courier disruptions, customs examinations, severe weather, logistical restrictions or public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, an email shipment notice containing tracking details will be sent to you. Tracking data usually activates within 24-48 hours after dispatch. You can monitor the transit status of your bag parcel through the tracking link provided.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer. Kindly confirm your delivery address is full and precise before submitting your order. Wai Lung WONG accepts no liability for parcels delivered to inaccurate or incomplete addresses entered by customers. If a package is returned because of address errors, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages. If your parcel goes missing during transit, please reach our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open an investigation. If bags arrive damaged upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours after delivery and supply clear photographs of damaged goods and packaging materials. We will assess your case and resolve the issue efficiently.
Bag Care and Usage Notice. All bags should be maintained according to the care guidance attached with each item. Wai Lung WONG will not be accountable for scratches, fading or structural damage caused by inadequate maintenance, rough handling, modifications or inappropriate use of the bags.
International Shipping and Customs Notice. Overseas shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes and other related levies set by the destination country. All such expenses are the responsibility of the customer and are not incorporated into product prices or delivery charges.
